Corporate Partnerships Consultant

Project Summary: We are seeking a driven and independent Corporate Partnerships Consultant to design and execute a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy. The primary objective of this role is to secure enterprise internship hiring commitments for the internXL platform. Operating as an independent contractor, you will take full ownership of the corporate partnership lifecycle. This ranges from strategic enterprise lead generation to finalized partnership agreements. Success in this engagement will be evaluated based on the delivery of concrete corporate hiring commitments. We will also measure success by partnership pipeline growth and the successful expansion of the broader internXL corporate network.

Key Deliverables and Project Outcomes: Corporate Partnership Strategy Delivery: Design, refine, and present a scalable corporate partnership strategy framework. This framework must aim to maximize enterprise intern hiring commitments. Corporate Pipeline Development: Conduct market research to identify premium corporate prospects. You will independently execute strategic outreach including calls, emails, and executive network activation. This will build a robust pipeline of prospective corporate partners. Enterprise Lead Qualification and Assessment: Process inbound corporate inquiries. You must also deliver detailed evaluations on prospective enterprise leads. These evaluations will assess strategic fit, budget, timeline, and corporate talent needs. Corporate Hiring Commitments: Secure signed and concrete hiring commitments from corporate partners. You will then hand off established continuation frameworks for execution. Corporate Pitch Execution: Schedule, manage, and independently lead partnership pitch meetings with executive leadership and corporate stakeholders. You will conduct these meetings across both virtual and physical settings. Partnership Optimization and Retention: Proactively identify friction points in the corporate acquisition process. You will deliver actionable recommendations to resolve challenges. This will optimize continuous corporate partner retention. CRM and Partnership Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate and independent data integrity for your corporate accounts within HubSpot or comparable CRM tools. You must also submit formal monthly performance and partnership pipeline reports to leadership.

Required Expertise and Qualifications: Proven track record as an independent consultant, agency, or senior partnership executive in building and implementing successful corporate partnership strategies. Experience supporting nonprofit or rapid growth initiatives is preferred.7 or more years of experience in corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, or enterprise business development. You must have a history of managing a partnership pipeline or quota of two million dollars or more. High degree of resourcefulness with the capacity to execute corporate partnership deliverables independently. You must be able to evaluate success against defined KPIs without internal management oversight. Exceptional negotiation, strategic thinking, and presentation skills tailored specifically for corporate executive stakeholder groups. Direct proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools. This is required for accurate corporate partnership pipeline tracking and account reporting. Strong analytical ability to evaluate corporate program data and deliver actionable executive reports. Experience independently managing enterprise data or corporate reporting is a highly preferred plus.
