The candidate will manage landowner negotiations and secure rights for electric transmission projects, while meeting tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Maine, capable of drafting rights-of-way documents and handling complex property rights issues with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Regular travel is expected.
