Duration: 12 months contract We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using modern microservices architecture. Candidates with strong experience in either Java or Python backend development are encouraged to apply. Mandatory Skills 3+ years of software development experience Strong experience in Microservices architecture Strong programming experience in either:Java with Spring Boot, or Python with modern backend frameworks(Fast API)Experience designing and developing RESTful APIsExperience with distributed systems and service-based architecture Experience with messaging/event-driven platforms such as Apache Kafka Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred)Experience with container technologies such as Docker Experience deploying applications using Open Shift / Kubernetes Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git, and CI/CD pipelines Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills  Preferred Skills Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Java Microservices Experience with Python Microservices Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into applications Experience with PostgreSQLExperience processing large datasets Experience building analytics/reporting solutions Knowledge of cloud-native application development Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial domain experience  Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications. Build and enhance backend services using Java or Python. Develop REST APIs and system integrations. Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka. Develop data processing and batch solutions. Work with databases to design efficient queries and optimize performance. Collaborate with architects, UI developers, QA, and Dev Ops teams. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and Agile development activities. Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical solutions.
