Supporting client needs as a full-time Life and Health Licensed Member Advocate, the candidate will manage incoming inquiries, conduct research to resolve issues, and collaborate with team members to enhance member service in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and perform outreach to build rapport with clients and members regarding their questions and issues
Conduct research to identify issues and solutions, communicating with providers and insurance carriers as necessary
Log member interactions and collaborate with the service team to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience in a service or call center environment
Working knowledge of employee benefits and the insurance industry
Ability to read and interpret insurance contracts and plan documents
Current life and health license preferred
