Role for Account Specialist Oversee client accounts by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions to business challenges. Assist in order processing by leveraging various software platforms and methods. Act as a liaison between clients and warehouse or administrative teams to ensure effective communication. Manage inbound and outbound demand while coordinating with fleet and brokerage services. Ensure adherence to client contracts and perform basic billing and auditing tasks. Maintain and update documented standard operating procedures specific to your assigned clients.
