About the role: We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who combines strong software engineering ability with a genuine interest in working directly with customers. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, product and customer implementation. You'll work closely with healthcare practices to understand their workflows, solve technical challenges and deploy AI-powered solutions that make a tangible difference to how they operate. This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll be writing code, building integrations, troubleshooting production systems and helping customers get the most out of the platform. You'll take ownership of implementations from initial discovery through to launch and ongoing optimization.

🛠 What you'll be doing: Customer implementations: Own technical deployments from discovery and scoping through to implementation, launch and optimization. Build integrations: Develop APIs, integrations and custom solutions that connect the platform with healthcare systems and existing customer workflows. Solve real-world problems: Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and translate them into practical technical solutions. Ship production code: Build, test and deploy software to support customer requirements and improve the product. Troubleshoot and optimize: Investigate technical issues, debug live systems and ensure reliable performance in production. Improve AI workflows: Help configure, test and optimize AI agents so they perform effectively in real-world healthcare environments. Work cross-functionally: Bring customer feedback and implementation learnings back to the product and engineering teams to help shape the roadmap.
