Our client, a Tampa Bay area construction law boutique, seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead complex civil and construction disputes. Base salary ranges $160,000–$220,000 with uncapped bonuses and potential hybrid or remote flexibility for the right candidate. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of civil litigation or construction law experience, strong writing and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently lead cases while advising business leaders.
