Responsibilities:
Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policiesGrow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategiesEvaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectationsProcess current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claimsManage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept currentQualifications: Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredCurrent Life & Health insurance license is greatly valuedCustomer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valuedProficiency with Microsoft Office productsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesOnly candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license will be considered for this position Compensation: $80,000 at plan earnings•Compensation:$80,000 per year
