Job Summary:
The Catering & Private Events Intern provides hands‑on support to the Catering & Private Events team in planning, organizing, and executing events across New Holland retail locations. This role offers practical experience in hospitality, event coordination, and business operations while contributing to the accuracy, organization, and success of event execution.
Accountability Chart

Support event planning and coordination from inquiry through execution through clear communication with guests and potential guests, written and verbal, ensuring details areaccurateand up to date.
Assistwithmaintainingevent documentation, including contracts, menus, timelines, and communication records.
Provide onsite event support to help ensure smooth execution and positive guest experiences.
Helpmaintainand organize catering materials, SOPs, and internal tools in partnership with the Catering & Private Events team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and act in a manner consistent with our Mission, Vision & Values
Assistwith event planninglogistics, including timelines, guest counts, and menu coordination.
Support communication with internal teams andassistin responding to guest inquiries.
Organize andmaintainevent documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide support during onsite events, including setup, coordination, and guest interaction.
Help track event details across multiple events and stages of planning.
Assistwith updating catering materials, presentations, and internal resources.
Learn and apply hospitality and event coordination best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends based on event needs

Combination of administrative tasks and in-person event support in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods during events
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, including event materials and supplies
This is an Internship that will last 12-16 weeks, max.
