Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Position Details: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PMFull-time, part-time, and flexible schedules are availableNo weekend requirementsFlexibility to structure daily hours around patient care and productivity expectationsPotential for a condensed workweek, depending on caseload and coverage needsAbility to select the number of weeks worked annually, with up to four weeks PTONine separate holidaysPosition Responsibilities: Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansProvide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needsCollaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplinesIncorporate developmentally appropriate, neuro-affirming, and relationship-centered treatment approachesMonitor progress and modify treatment plans to support functional outcomesComplete accurate and timely clinical documentationRequirementsMaster's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and DisordersActive Arkansas SLP license or eligibility for appropriate state licensureClinical Fellows and new graduates are welcomePediatric experience preferred, particularly with developmental disabilities, feeding, AAC, autism, or early interventionBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & Development
