Senior Structural Engineer, Water Resources & Dams

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Structural Project Engineer with 5–10 years of experience focused on water resources. The role spans fisheries, hydropower, dams, and related civil infrastructure across the U.S. and Canada, requiring both design excellence and practical site engagement. You will perform design calculations, develop drawings, and create FE models; mentor staff and present results to clients. Travel up to 15% is expected; P.E./P.Eng. licensure is a plus.
