Role Description: This part-time remote Human Resources role is responsible for supporting HR operations and people management across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include administering HR policies, assisting with employee benefits, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The role involves supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding activities, and helping address employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The Human Resources professional will collaborate with management to promote a positive work environment, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Experience with HR Management and Personnel Management responsibilities
  • Ability to develop, interpret, and apply HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits administration and related processes
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
