Air & Ground EMS: Clinical Quality & Education Lead

Care Flite is seeking a Clinical Quality & Education Manager to lead education and clinical quality initiatives for Air and Ground Services. The role oversees education programs, drives compliance with CAMTS and DSHS, and partners with the Medical Director on guidelines to improve patient care. The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in Texas, multiple certifications or the ability to obtain them within 12 months, and a Master’s degree in Nursing or Education, plus at least two years in flight
