Tax Law Intern - Public Service, Remote-Eligible

NYC Department of Finance's Legal Affairs Division seeks a Tax Attorney Intern to assist the Tax Law Unit. Work with experienced attorneys, research tax laws, draft memoranda, and prepare arguments for conferences and hearings. Training and practical experience in DOF’s tax matters will be provided. The role offers exposure to real property taxes, business income and excise taxes, and regulatory work, with potential remote work up to two days per week under the agency's pilot program.
