This role is often the first point of contact for customers experiencing property damage, and focuses heavily on answering incoming calls, helping homeowners understand the restoration process, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their project. This position plays an important role in helping guide customers through what is often a stressful situation while keeping projects organized and moving forward. The Customer Service & Client Care Coordinator serves as a liaison between customers, field teams, and office staff. This person helps ensure that customers receive clear communication, jobs are properly documented, and appointments are scheduled efficiently. Success in this role requires someone who is organized, compassionate, and an excellent communicator on the phone.
