Scale Attendant

Location: Dayton, TX

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday to Friday| 6:00 am to 4:30 pm | Rotating every other Saturday| 6:00 am to 11:00 am What's the Job? Open and close the scale house to ensure the area is ready for daily operations. Weigh in and out all trucks, then direct them to the loading area for product pickup. Perform quality analysis tests and record results accurately and consistently. Record load weights on BOL's and scale tickets, ensuring documentation matches the shipment. Assist with monitoring product levels in the load out silos and advise when levels are low; support product transfer campaign monitoring. What's Needed? Ability to lift 50 lbs., stoop, bend, and reach above head for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately. Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
