Onsite Position Summary:
RCM Healthcare Services is hiring school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for positions throughout all islands of Hawaii. This role involves delivering speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule / Shift Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Contract length: ASAP- May 27, 2027•
Key Duties:
Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans Requirements• Education
Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field•
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred: Active SLP license and registration in state of Hawaii
Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments
Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and speech evaluations
Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
