Field Service Technician

Salary: $35–$45/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday

Location: On-site (Kent, WA)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment Perform repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and structural components Complete both shop and field service work assignments Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and time tracking Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and manufacturers Follow all safety procedures and company compliance standards Attend manufacturer and company-sponsored training sessions Utilize diagnostic tools and basic computer systems for troubleshooting

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Technical or vocational training in heavy equipment or diesel mechanics preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience repairing construction or heavy equipment and attachments Strong knowledge of hydraulics, diesel systems, and electrical systems Welding and structural repair skills preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer skills for diagnostics and reporting Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks Valid driver's license with clean driving record Own set of tools required If you are interested, please apply
