Senior Construction Project Manager - AI Data Center Delivery Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity We're hiring for a Neocloud building multi-gigawatt-scale data centers - multiple sites running concurrently with a maximum trust environment. This is a construction leadership role - You'll own the master schedule from mobilization to turnover, run the budget and change-order process end to end, and be the single point of accountability for delivery. Please note, this is a remote role however there is significant travel expected - 80% travel.
Why join:
- You're building the model that replaces traditional construction management. Tools and process layers get stripped out in favor of solving the real problem.
- Full ownership, not oversight. You're accountable for outcomes, not for reporting status.
- You're productizing the build itself - every site makes the next one faster, so the work compounds instead of resetting each time.
- Backed by a team moving at startup speed and intensity on infrastructure at a scale most PMs never get to touch.
- What you'll own:
- Integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning (P6 / MS Project)
- Project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance - weekly earned-value reporting
- Phase-gate and design reviews, RACI ownership, full contract lifecycle from RFP to close-out
- Long-lead and critical-path risk (transformers, chillers, switchgear) — you flag it and drive the fix
- Cross-functional delivery teams - PMs, construction managers, superintendents
What we're looking for:
- Senior-level construction PM experience, ideally on large, technically complex, multi-site programs
- Comfort owning budget and schedule with real accountability, not just tracking status
- Someone who wants to build the playbook, not follow one
Someone who wants to work without red-tape and bureaucracy. xhqgsiq We are actively interviewing and hiring, applications are reviewed daily.
