ADMINISTRATOR OF INCLUSIVE PRACTICES
Leominster Public Schools is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and equity-minded educator to serve as our Administrator of Inclusive Practices. This administrative leadership role within the Special Education Department is dedicated to designing, implementing, and supporting high-quality inclusive education models, including co-teaching.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Valid Massachusetts Special Education Administrator license required
Extensive experience with special education, inclusive teaching practices, supporting aco-teaching model and small-group instruction.
5+ years of administrative experience in evaluations and coaching
Experience effectively implementing professional development and professional learningcommunities (PLCs) focused on co- planning, data-driven instruction, and studentprogress monitoring.
Experience coaching teachers and staff through supporting students via student-centeredlessons, with a focus on inclusive practicesand co-teaching.
Strong knowledge of the MA state standards and the effective teaching and learningpractices that promote success for all learners.
Conduct regular classroom visits to provide actionable feedback, coaching, and support.
Evaluate and optimize current Special Education service delivery models to expand lessrestrictive opportunities.
Use disaggregated academic and behavioral data to monitor student outcomes and drivecontinuous improvement in programming.
Lead or participate in complex IEP team meetings as necessary.
Other duties as assigned by the Administrator of Special Education and Related Services or Superintendent
