Registered Nurse Position at UAB Medical WestWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team at UAB Medical West. Minimum Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of employment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in a specialized area of nursing
Experience with electronic medical records
Responsibilities:
Assessing and evaluating patient needs and developing care plans

Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
