Perform coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repairs/replacements (AVR/MVR), and TEVAR/EVAR procedures. Manage acute volume/blood pressure issues and ventilator management in critically ill patients. Insert central lines, arterial lines, PA catheters, and intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP) as needed. Oversee post-operative surgical patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
