Assistant Homecare Branch Manager

Balance: 13 PTO days in Year 1 + Paid Company Holidays. As a leader of the West Suburban branch, you are responsible for the health of the P&L and the quality of the care. You will: Grow the Network: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral agencies, care coordinators, and community organizations while identifying opportunities to expand services and increase program participation. Keep the Branch Moving: Support daily operations, staffing, service delivery, productivity, census growth, and service-hour utilization goals. Know the Numbers: Monitor KPIs and operational data, including EVV compliance, service utilization, staffing levels, billable hours, and other branch performance measures. Support the Team: Help manage workforce capacity, recruitment, and retention efforts, maintain a small client and caregiver caseload, and provide coverage for supervisory staff when neede

What you bring: We’re looking for someone who combines relationship-building skills, operational know-how, and a proactive mindset. Education/Experience: An Associate degree in Business Management, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field OR at least 3 years of business operations experience providing in-home services. The Relationship Builder: You’re comfortable connecting with referral partners, care coordinators, and community organizations and understand how strong relationships contribute to branch growth. The Problem Solver: You can navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and keep moving toward solutions when priorities compete. The Business Mindset: You’re comfortable working with census statistics, operational KPIs, and financial information to understand how the branch is performing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. Experience with HHAeXchange is preferred. Why Abcor?
