The successful candidate will be tasked with enhancing reimbursement, expediting cash collections, minimizing denials, and ensuring robust compliance with payer and regulatory standards. This executive will be responsible for driving consistent performance across the entire revenue cycle, from eligibility to accounts receivable, and will work closely with various business leaders to improve processes and implement scalable solutions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. The role requires a deep understanding of all aspects of the revenue cycle, including authorization, eligibility, billing, collections, denial management, and payer relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed teams, and a strong knowledge of healthcare financial and operational metrics. Experience in technology implementation, process transformation, and a commitment to team development and high-performance organizational culture are essential.
