HSE Specialist: Manufacturing Safety & Compliance

Dover Precision Components is hiring a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist for our Rock Island, Illinois facility. This full-time role provides on-site HSE support, ensures OSHA, EPA and DOT compliance, and coordinates programs with the global HSE team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing HSE, a BS/BA (preferred), strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead safety improvements, incident investigations, training, and contractor oversight.
