Senior Epitaxy Process Engineer — Lead MicroLED Volume

Google seeks a Senior Staff Epitaxy Process Engineer for its Raxium unit in Fremont, CA. You will own driving Epi growth processes for our microLED technology at scale, ensuring smooth process and operation methodology for volume manufacturing. You will collaborate with Epi, Equipment Engineering, and Operations to optimize yield, throughput, and process stability, while advancing new tool suites and SPC monitoring.
