Proposal Manager - Federal exp required What you get
Salary:
110k to 160kBonus: approx 10 percent target performance based not guaranteed 401k: up to 4 percent matchUnlimited PTO most people take 3 to 4 weeks Health / Vision / Dental Insurance: about 90 percent covered by employer
What you will do:
- Lead federal construction RFPs SOQs and pursuits end to end
- Build win strategies and shape messaging
- Run proposal timelines kickoff to submission
- Partner with execs SMEs and partners
