About the role

Job Description: Ticket Office Representative: The candidate will require excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and customer service skills, as well as attention to details. You need a basic knowledge of computer skills, Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Office 365. Your responsibilities and tasks will include:-Be professional, dress accordingly and be on time, and have your cash drawer counted, balanced and ready at your workstation prior to opening for the day.-Book reservations and print tickets-Answer the phone-Reply to ticket office emails and make sure all are answered-Collect lunch and final passenger counts for passengers and creating paperwork for the culinary team.-Handle guest complaints in a friendly and helpful manner.-Make sure that each cash drawer is counted and balanced each morning prior to opening the ticket office and at the end of the day for closing-Assign places for each group to sit and create paperwork showing that information for each day as it comes (this is necessary for the MOD, operating department, and Sales Manager to have any day that groups arrive).-Complete any other tasks assigned to you by your supervisor and be an all-around team player.-This is a part-time seasonal position\nCompany
