Sheet Metal Process Engineer — Scale Manufacturing

Hadrian is seeking a Process Engineer with expertise in sheet metal manufacturing to define and develop robust, scalable production processes for complex parts. This hands-on, fast-paced role supports production readiness and factory design for critical programs. You'll translate CAD data and BOMs into actionable manufacturing strategies, work with design, operations and quality teams, and define tooling, equipment, and inspection needed to scale production across programs.
