Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professional

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide direct behavioral health services in a full-time, in-office and facility-based role. This position supports outpatient and site-based clinical programming while working under board-appropriate supervision toward independent licensure in Louisiana. The clinician will collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality, client-centered care consistent with Louisiana professional standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide therapeutic services consistent with individualized treatment plansDeliver services in-office and at assigned facility locationsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Louisiana practice standardsParticipate in required clinical supervision with a qualified LPC-S, LCSW-BACS, or other board-approved supervisorCollaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support coordinated careFollow all ethical, regulatory, and organizational standardsParticipate in team meetings and quality improvement initiativesSCHEDULING AND HOURSThis is a full-time position scheduled based on clinic and facility needsServices are provided during standard business hours with flexibility based on program demandWork assignments may include rotating facility coverageQUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldActive Louisiana provisional licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or equivalent) or eligibility to obtainCommitment to progressing toward independent clinical licensureStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationCOMPENSATION- Hourly rate: $23–$28 per hour (DOE)
