Senior Real Estate Counsel - Renewable Energy Projects

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Real Estate to lead real estate due diligence for major solar, storage and wind projects, advise on land acquisitions and dispositions, and shape project financing strategies. You will draft and negotiate leases, easements, purchase agreements, options, and title curative documents, supervise external counsel, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions while mentoring junior lawyers.
