Automotive Sales Associate – Advantage Buick, GMC & Cadillac (Hodgkins, IL)

Advantage Buick, GMC & Cadillac of Hodgkins is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our fast-paced retail team. This role offers strong earning potential, ongoing training, and a supportive environment where you’ll help customers find the right vehicle and navigate financing options. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers from greeting to vehicle delivery Provide multilingual support when applicable Learn Buick, GMC & Cadillac products and features Manage the sales process including test drives, trade-ins, pricing, and paperwork Coordinate financing with the finance team Build customer relationships through follow-up and service Meet sales goals and maintain CRM records

Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience preferred Bilingual skills a strong plus Strong communication and customer-focused mindset Goal-oriented, coachable, and tech-comfortable Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
