Remote Senior Insurance Product Leader - Employer Growth

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Insurance Product, Employer Subsidized and New Growth Platforms, to lead the development of lifestyle-based insurance concepts and employer-subsidized or hybrid market solutions. You will translate strategy into scalable products, drive pilots, and shape the product roadmap while guiding junior team members. You will report to the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development, and work in a remote role with travel up to 25% as needed.
