Pay: $210,000–$230,000/year

Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. This role focuses on preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, patient education, and building lasting patient relationships.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and assessments. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide preventive care, wellness exams, vaccinations, and screenings. Manage chronic illnesses and monitor patient progress. Order, review, and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing. Perform minor office procedures as appropriate. Educate patients on medications, healthy lifestyles, and disease prevention. Coordinate care and provide referrals to specialists when needed. Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records. Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Stay current with developments and best practices in family medicine. Participate in continuing education and professional development. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications / RequirementsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Active Oklahoma medical license or eligibility to obtain one. DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one. Experience providing primary care to patients of varying ages. Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment-planning skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Strong computer, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient family medicine or primary care experience. Experience managing chronic disease populations. Experience performing minor office procedures. Interest in preventive medicine and community health.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong patient service and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy clinical setting. Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional standards.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods and perform routine examinations and minor procedures. Work Environment Outpatient medical clinic providing primarily in-person patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
