Staff Software Engineer – AI Platform

Overview In this role you lead backend and AI orchestration for CoCounsel for Audit, turning frontier models into reliable, production-grade workflows. You shape the AI platform, drive cross-team patterns, and own scalable infrastructure that serves millions of documents and thousands of concurrent AI interactions. You work closely with product, design, and ML teams to deliver auditable, trustworthy workflows used by accountants. This is a hands-on leadership role with startup-level ownership and the backing of a global company.
