Elementary Dean of Curriculum & School Culture

KIPP NYC Public Schools is seeking a Dean to lead curriculum development, coaching, and student culture across NYC campuses. The Dean will report to the Principal and partner with Teaching & Learning to ensure rigorous academics and strong relationships with families. The role requires a minimum of five years of classroom teaching and at least one year of staff leadership, with travel to multiple schools within NYC.
