Senior Multi-Entity Controller – Family Office

Pathstone is seeking a Reporting Manager to oversee complex accounting, reporting, and financial coordination for ultra-high-net-worth clients within a single family office environment. The role ensures data integrity, reconciled inter-entity relationships, and timely, high-quality outputs across Advisory, Tax, and PCFO. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in family office or private wealth settings, strong multi-entity accounting experience, and proficiency with Sage Intacct or similar systems.
