To support the growth of financial advisors, the full-time remote Technology & Analytics Instructor will design and deliver a curriculum focused on AI, technology, and data integration while managing training analytics and collaborating with various teams to enhance advisor-client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with IT and Innovation teams to stay updated on AI and technology developments relevant to advisor practices
Translate emerging technologies into actionable learning segments for monthly cohort meetings
Manage data tracking and reporting for attendance, course completions, and performance metrics, providing insights to leadership
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with learning management systems and data reporting tools
Ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Background in wealth management or financial services is preferred
