Overview:
In this role you translate the Wealth Content strategy into integrated promotion across owned channels and webinars, helping content reach relevant audiences and drive engagement. You'll partner with Field Marketing to tailor programs for physicians, professors, and other priority audiences, turning insights into actionable messaging and channel plans. Your work supports education-focused content that guides clients through retirement and wealth decisions, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities:
- Translate editorial strategy into integrated promotion plans across owned channels
- Identify high-value articles, newsletters, webinars to amplify based on audience relevance and business priorities
- Develop and optimize webinar promotion plans to boost registrations, attendance, engagement and post-event actions
- Evaluate webinar performance to refine future topics, formats, and positioning
- Translate strategy into audience- and program-level messaging including central narrative and takeaways
- Develop working understanding of physicians, professors and other priority segments
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for the Content Strategist and broader team
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, integrated marketing, audience development, field marketing, digital marketing or related discipline
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience developing integrated promotion plans across content formats and audience journey stages
- Ability to convert audience insights and business priorities into clear messaging and briefs
- Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data to improve planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication for concise briefs and messaging
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, retirement, investments or another highly regulated industry
- Experience marketing webinars or virtual events across the full audience journey
