Antenna Product Manager

The Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Torrance, California.

Responsibilities: As our Antenna Product Manager, you would be responsible for: Long term vision, strategy and roadmap for Hexagon antennas for existing and new applications and customers Working with cross-functional teams on development, go-to-market, and sustainment of the most innovative antenna portfolio Creation and evaluation of business plan and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets Defining requirements including use cases for new antenna products and technologies"Go-to-market" strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateral Gather information and build consensus among company stakeholders for business models, product positioning and pricing strategy Analyze and report portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions Evaluate competitive products and technology trends Accountable for the success of new product launches National and international customer visits to understand customer challenges and future needs Represent Hexagon at tradeshows and conferences

Qualifications: Must-Have: Degree in Business, Engineering or related technical field 5+ years of product management experience, preferable with a hardware focus, ideally related to the drone/UAV industry Applicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR") or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") must be US Persons per ITAR §120.15 and EAR §772.1 (i.e., a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or admitted to the U.S. as an asylee or refugee), or be otherwise eligible to obtain required authorization from the U.S. Government to access controlled information Key Success Factors: Willingness to continually learn in business and technology Enthusiastic and self-motivated Attention to detail, but balanced with a high-level overview Excellent communication skills Ability to work and communicate across a variety of departments in a matrix organization Ability to understand different technical and business audience and adjust the message accordingly Excellent organizational and analytical skills"Out of the box" thinking Data driven decision making

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Hiring Salary Range: $104,600 - $167,300 Bonus Eligibility: We offer a company profit share and individual incentive-based bonus programs.
