MP is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to own all plastic injection-molded processes across facilities. You will collaborate with Operations Supervisors, Molding Technicians, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Automation Engineers to create stable processes, reduce scrap, and shorten cycle times. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in high-volume plastic injection molding, with RJG Master Molder I/II or Scientific/Decoupled Molding certifications preferred and a track record in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
