Responsibilities: Waynesboro, GA location The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) performs treatment and provides exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being while following the established plan of care.
Qualifications: Education Associate's Degree from a CAPTE accredited program Required Work Experience No experience required Required
Licenses and Certifications: PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice Upon Hire RequiredCPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire RequiredDL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Upon Hire Required
