About the role

We are seeking a Plant Reliability Engineer to improve equipment reliability, minimize unplanned downtime, extend asset life, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify trends and risks. Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams to optimize maintenance planning and execution. Drive reliability initiatives using RCM, FMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies. Provide reliability expertise for capital projects, equipment installation, and commissioning. Track reliability KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability. Train and mentor maintenance technicians and operators on reliability best practices.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.3–7 years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing or process plant environment. Experience with CMMS, vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication management, and predictive maintenance tools. Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and maintenance practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred: CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer) or CMRP certification.
