Patten, Maine: A respected rural community health center (FQHC) with more than 50 years of service seeks a confident Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established rural primary care practice. This nonprofit operates seven locations across central and northern Maine, delivering comprehensive services including primary care, urgent care, mental health, dentistry, podiatry, physical therapy and more.

- New graduates and NHSC Scholars are welcome and well supported here
- Practice alongside physicians and APPs in a rewarding primary care setting Provide care for patients of all ages many of whom are uninsured or underinsured
- Panel weighted toward adults and geriatrics
- Enjoy a convenient weekday schedule (M-F, 40 hours) with no nights, weekends, or holidays
- Join an experienced, collaborative clinical team committed to high-quality care
- Practice in a modern, recently renovated facility with EMR and strong administrative support
