Overview:
In this role you craft impactful, data-driven content for ThoughtSpot's agentic analytics products. You'll work with PMM, Demand Gen and Organic teams to translate strategy into compelling ebooks, whitepapers, landing pages, and ads that drive pipeline. You'll shape the content plan, collaborate across functions, and optimize performance using analytics. You'll maintain a smart, approachable brand voice and contribute to ThoughtSpot's mission to put data in the hands of everyone.
Responsibilities:
- Create long-form content (ebooks, whitepapers, analyst/industry reports, case studies)
- Produce conversion-focused copy for landing pages, emails, ads, social posts, and video scripts
- Shape and execute content plan aligned with roadmap and stakeholders
- Collaborate with PMM, Demand Gen, SEO, Web, design, and SMEs to translate product detail into buyer-focused content
- Measure content performance with data/analytics and iterate
- Maintain brand voice: smart, approachable, and opinionated
Key requirements:
- 5+ years in high-tech content marketing
- Strong writing and editing portfolio across long-form and tight copy
- Ability to translate complex products for diverse personas and industries
- Proactive ideation of formats, angles, and campaigns
- Experience tying content to pipeline with marketing automation, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
- Proven cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growth environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana is a plus)
- Comfort with using AI for research, brainstorming, outlining, and editing while maintaining authorial ownership
