Hybrid Commercial Landman: Deal Sourcing & Due Diligence

Chord Energy seeks a Commercial Landman in Houston, TX to support deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, and closing preparation for our active Ground Game. You will analyze title, maps, leases, and production data, collaborating with Land, Legal, Engineering, Regulatory, and Geology teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years land experience, strong Excel and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with travel as needed.
