Accounting Manager

What You'll Do: Own the accounting and reconciliation of retail sales across hundreds of locations Oversee transactions from POS systems, online ordering platforms, catering, and delivery partners Review daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure sales activity is accurately recorded Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive timely resolution Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals Partner cross-functionally to solve data, reporting, and system-related issues Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow efficiencies Help build scalable accounting processes that support company growth

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 6+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience 2+ years of leadership experience Strong experience with reconciliations, revenue accounting, and financial analysis Experience working with high-volume transactions and large data sets Ability to analyze issues, identify trends, and implement solutions Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments Process improvement and systems-minded approach
