Production Assembler

SUMMARY: JOB DESCRIPTION:Gather, inspect and assemble materials used for mattresses, cushions, slings, wheelchairs, clinical care recliners and other items the company manufactures. Use Machinery, hand and power tools and glue to assemble. Check completed work for accuracy. Perform other production, general assembly and warehouse requirements as requested. The hours are 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday –Friday. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Desire and ability to learn to perform general assembly production Must be able to reach, bend, and lift. Must have good eye-hand coordination. Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
