Machine Operator Machine Operators are responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.3 day weekends!6:00am-4:30PM Monday-Thursday Hands on training. Machine Operator: Operate assigned machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Set up machines before each production run, including calibration, cleaning, and basic adjustments. Monitor machine performance during operation; identify irregularities or mechanical issues. Follow all safety guidelines, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and company policies. Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
