Caregiving Opportunities – HHA & PCA Positions in Trussville, AL

Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention. Support clients living with dementia and memory-related conditions. Offer companionship, reassurance, and emotional support. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' well-being. Report changes in clients' health or behavior. Provide transportation to appointments and errands when needed.

Qualifications: Previous HHA, PCA, or professional caregiving experience. Dementia care experience is strongly preferred. Open and flexible availability for day, night, weekend, and extended shifts. Compassion, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills. Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable to pass a background check and drug screening.
